We focus our interventions on conducting only the necessary evaluations to assess workers’ readiness to return to their job. We also assess the work environment from a safety and ergonomic perspective and recommend relevant supports that need to be in place upon a worker’s return. We utilize job coaching and counselling to ensure workers maintain their performance following re-entry.
- We measure functional abilities for new, existing and returning workers to determine where their strengths lie to be able to perform in their roles. We conduct pre- and post-offer employment screens and functional abilities evaluations. The results of this testing can be used for various applications including work hardening or work conditioning planning.
